Why is it called one-up-man-ship when it has nothing to do with going up or ships?
Anyway, we got to walk with Oscar the Golden Retriever twice today and both times we played a game of trying to get one up on him. If his Daddy called him, we made sure we got back quicker, and we didn’t run off as much as him. We think Mummy liked walking with him as we behaved so well and looked like little angels.
